At the heart of the machine the control system selection and the quality of the software are paramount.

Our machines employ the OPTO SNAP System interfaced with a large touch-screen HMI Windows based PC.

Our software is, we believe, the most advanced and comprehensive process control available.

Whilst being capable of very complex control it is very user friendly and has been extensively tested over many years;

being constantly updated and improved to provide customers with the ability to process ‘difficult’ products successfully.

All functions of the machine are duplicated by manual controls outside the program controller enabling operators to intervene to;

Switch in or out certain functions without having to resort to negotiating on-screen menus or carry out complex procedures.

Programs may be terminated or process timings changed during running without interruption.

Full historic logging of times, process temperatures both for heating and cooling are stored and readily retrievable.
